  Our vet, whom we adore sent us here for an emergency with our dog. I was freaking out because she was in anaphalactic shock and was unresponsive. They were wonderful and direct. We were there a long time and updates/communicate wasn't great, but we were happy that she received excellent care. It was affordable too.

  The staff are very friendly, professional and sympathetic. You can tell they really care and empathize with the animals in their care. They take the time to thoroughly explain to you what's ha ppening, the options you have, and anything you might need. I definitely recommend going there because your pet will be in very good hands.

  They didn't take care of my dog. During my visit, I found he was very uncomfortable. They didn't spend time on walking him for sure. After I checking out my dog, he was peeing for one minute! They also charge a lot but they didn't care. All they care is money. Don't go there if you have other choices.

  I can't recommend them highly enough. They saved my greyhound's life and healed my other one who had been botched what should have been a simple 3 stitch procedure and turned into a nightmare at a different pet ER in Canyon Country. I drove my girl ask the way down to Irvine from Echo Park because they are truly the best place to take a greyhound in SoCal. Many thanks to Dr. Berry (neurologist) and his team including Bonnie one of his vet techs!
