Mona us rude, disrespectful, not passionate, not compassionate to patients, SHE US FAKE, but worse attutude A lady at front desk at the dentist office name MONA, She is Miscerable, lack of professionalism, worse customer service and lack of communication skills and she is Moron. All patient be aware of this crazy lady. The dr. Karim is great, nice but the lady won't let him take care of his patients. Mona is worse with English and Racist with hate crime. l Do NOT & we never recommend no one to this location. All patients be aware, l'm filing law suits with my lawyers on this segment about MONA ONLY. NOT AGAINST Dr. Karim.
